The uplifted resilient asbestos tiles were a biohazard and required special service for removal. The Narragansett homeowner realized the problem and notified our office of this issue. We can remove this material along with the contaminated building materials like the sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. The After Photo shows the basement area, once again appearing unfinished, with a sprayed primer against microbes and odors.
