Many complained that the building had a musky odor as it was about to open for the 2021-22 academic year after a long time period of the pandemic.

We were recently called by a school to do emergency cleaning. This wasn't a typical emergency such as flood, fire or storm damage. It was a job that required quick completion due to the beginning of the school year.

Many teachers and professors complained that the building had a musky odor as it was about to open for the 2021-2022 academic year after a long time period of the pandemic. We were called to inspect the quality and quantity of the air inside the building. With just three days before school starts, we were able to detect impurities.

Because of the tight time frame, we brought in numerous techs and a management group to lead and teach our techs. We wanted to make sure that the school was safe for students and ready to go on the first day.
